Align & Flow: an accessible and alignment based slow to flow practice. Invite your body into gentle therapeutic movements and progress to a dynamic flow class. By connecting breath (pranayama) with movement and an exploration of the postures (asanas), gain an awareness and understanding of proper alignment. Modified to different levels of practice, infused with variations to accommodate how your body is feeling in the moment, this class combines softness and strength.
